The founding officers of the Iraqi Children's Project met while serving with the United States Army in Iraq. Sheikh Shahin Shahin and Kathleen Morrissey joined the effort from Massachusetts. The officers are motivated to help as many Iraqi children as possible to recover from severe burns or other serious injuries and illnesses. |
